I recently stayed at Utsav Momo Cafe and found the experience to be mixed. The food was decent, but it didn’t stand out as exceptional. The atmosphere was quite disappointing due to a noticeable unpleasant smell in some areas, which detracted from the overall ambiance.
The service was satisfactory, with the staff being quite good and attentive. However, the cleanliness of the hotel did not meet expectations, as certain areas had a bad smell that affected the overall experience. The hotel did not offer any special amenities or facilities that distinguished it from others.
Overall, while the staff were friendly and the food was passable, the unpleasant smell and lack of special amenities make me hesitant to fully recommend Utsav Momo Cafe. It may be worth considering if improvements are made in cleanliness...
Read moreI used to be a loyal customer for several years but their food quality has degraded beyond repair at this point. I ordered Chicken Fried Momos like usual but this time they mixed a lot of Soyabean in the momos to the point that I couldn't taste any Chicken in it. Plus, no one was there to take my order and the kitchen staff was fighting and swearing at each other.
Their sales have dropped so much that they have resorted to hiring a child as a waiter. Literal child labour! The momos tasted terrible and the table and chairs were super unclean. The shop was unhygienic enough that I could tell it hadn't been cleaned for days. I have given them a lot of business over the years and also recommended it to my friends, but I'll never go back here...
Read moreBefore this place, kharghar Momo stalls would be set on the footpaths. Turning it into a shop/eatery was a good thought but disappointed with hygiene factor.
The place has 8-9 tables and now has variety of dishes from Momo's to parantha's.
I had Momo's recently from here on a weekend, and I was disappointed with the size and almost no filling inside the Momo's.
There are better places in Kharghar in terms of hygiene and taste to have Momo's or noodles.
The person who cleans the table is the same person who will get the Momo's out of the hot pot, so would not feel like eating from this place after seeing such conditions.
Grand utsav food court is much more cleaner and also serves food with better taste and nice...
