I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Behrouz Biryani via Zomato. I ordered 2 portions of Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani, but what I received was clearly just one portion. I’ve been ordering from the Tagore Garden outlet for a long time and can easily tell the difference in both quality and quantity — this time, my order came from the Paschim Vihar location, and it was an absolute letdown.There was supposed to be complimentary gulab jamun and curd, both of which were missing. On top of that, the biryani I did receive was cold, tsteless, poorly packed, and looked like it was made from leftovers. For a meal costing ₹750, getting only 3–4 tiny pieces of chicken is beyond unacceptable.This experience felt like a complete rip-off.
