Gopal's Sweets — Restaurant in Patiala

I am not the regular visitor to this restaurant. I visited it on 28-9-19. It was an aweful experience. Self service... Seriously.. why pay high prices when they are not spending on staff to serve customers. Cash counter system is so poor, one has to wait in queue. Instead, there is no system even. Unlike mcdonald's where there is self service too, in gopal you have to be careful of picking plates, spoons, forks , chutney , tissues etc.. Else you have to leave your seat again and again for collecting utensils. Interestingly, a very few staff people roaming around doesn't pay heed to the calls and have ready made excuses for every thing. They are very disrespectful.
