Mocha is a great choice in a city like Patiala if you are looking for some great food and service. It stays true to its quality as compared to the rest of the branches in different cities. If you are looking forward for a cosy comfortable place then Mocha has to be in your list. The vibe of this place is extremely addictive and it serves the locals and as well as the ones who have been staying at their homes during the supposed lockdown (which is over anyway) in a way that they won't miss out the energy of the metro city cafes and bars. Of course the food is exceptional and unlike any other nearby restaurants, and you must try their Kheema Ghotala and their Mediterranean Platters with Hot chocolates. The burgers are extremely good and really well prepared with a great combination of crisps on the side. The staff is courteous and attentive with awareness of the menu items and suggestive if you're confused. Mocha loyalty points are a great way to make sure you visit again but of course secondary to one thing which this place offers that is...

Honest review

So we decided to visit mocha after having a good experience with food on swiggy orders.

Will review from the beginning,

Firstly, the location is not right on the Google map.

We wanted to order mutton Rogan Josh and a starter.

Ordering is only with the same prices as on the swiggy app ( unusual since the swiggy menu is usually listed at 30% premium over dine in prices)

We ordered sriracha chicken which was good enough but they got the dish before even serving plates.

Next we ordered hot chilli garlic prawns. Unfortunately, the dish had exactly the same base as the chicken and there was no hint of garlic.

We also ordered garlic naan and mutton Rogan Josh. The taste was 2/5. Naan was on the harder side, mutton was not perfectly cooked, neither the quantity was satisfactory.

Lastly, we couldn't pay the bill online (though ordering was online, and we requested a bill online).

Overall, our experience was less than satisfactory.
