ECR Richy Rich — Restaurant in Puducherry

Worst experience First, they didn't take the order and when told them a second time behaved as if I was speaking to the wall or something, no acknowledgement at all. Then when the third time I repeated the same the person just looked at me and behaved as if I was being an inconvenience and was eating in their money. Then the food absolute worst 🤢🤮. When I ordered spicy macaroni pasta, they gave me tangy penne and when asked about it the staff just walked into the the kitchen and didn't come out for 15 mins and when they peeked outside and saw me stiil waiting, they asked another staff to speak with us, and when I asked about what I ordered and what came. She just told me that, that's what we serve and when I asked how could they just change the whole order. They just asked us to get our money back and leave.

And about the cleanliness overall it looks clean but in few places there is spillage of chocolate or ice cream.

Even when there is ac and fan, they didn't turn on both even when there were customers in 2 tables waiting for the order.

I thought since it is a branch or franchise of richy rich it would be upto that stand but no it was the worst. Would suggest that if you want to try it then do at your own expense and be ready to be served with the wrong order and to be treated as if you are the...

Too Loud music is very annoying. The hygiene standards of the handlers (the persons who deliver the order such as ice cream) is poor. I personally saw one of them take the stuff which spilled out into the table and put it back into the cup of ice cream tgat the customer is going to eat!!! ...they handle food with bare hands!!! Atrocious!!!..No wheelchair access. Other wise this place offers a decent range of icecreams amd there is some...

Such a worst restaurant. I ordered a veg sandwich and a falooda and the person taking the order was behaving as though I was eating in his money. And wen the ordered was served he kept the falooda on the edge of the plate and wen I lifted it fell down and he started to yell at me and denied to give a new one. (Even I though i didn't expect them to give a new one) And he started to behave very rudely. Have never experienced such a worst...
