Prawn and Crab — Restaurant in Puducherry

Very worst!! Food and service both are completely worst!!

The waiter is too biased and would only serve to local first. The way he speaks shows how irresponsible the waiter is towards his customers.

We entered the hotel premises by 14:05 Hrs and the waiter didn't responded to us, even though there was only one family in the hotel. After 5-10 mins I myself picked the menu card from nearby table and waited for atleast 15 mins to get a response. Later we ordered food and asked how much time it would take to get our food for which he replied in an attitude , whatever get's ready you'll get that. We waited again for the dish (sea meals and prawn briyani with Seafood platter) to arrive. We finally got our meal at around 15:00 hrs after a huge argument with the waiter.

We expect just not to be partial with local customer...

When we came to Pondicherry for the first time we were so particular to try out seafood after searching many restaurants and looking the reviews we finally opted for prawn and crab which was our perfect and best choice. *We ordered seafood platter,fish roll and also seafood dosa. *Seafood platter was awesome taste as their is no words to express, the crispyness of the outer part and it is soft inside perfectly cooked fish. *So many variety of fish will get in the platter in an affordable price. Fish roll was another super taste. Seafood dosa having it for the first time tasted nicely. All tasted awesome will surely come again to taste the food from here. Shop is noticeable at any traffic.

Complete disappointment. I do not understand the positive reviews. The place wasn't busy but there were 2-3 tables that were not cleaned - there was rice all over the tables. I should have taken the hint and walked out. For the entire time I was there those tables were not cleaned. I noticed that customers who walked in simply avoided these tables and occupied the adjacent ones. The ambience inside is dull and the walls have seen better days. Coming to the food, the crab lollipops, made of processed crab meat, were readymade and simply deep fried and served with a spoon or two of mayo and some cabbage on the sides. For the main course, I ordered steam rice and a prawns gravy. The rice was dry and cold. The gravy was watery and had only 7-8...
