We went for a Dinner and it was four of my colleagues. The place was full with people. The server came to take our order and we have to repeat it couple of times so he could take correct order. As mentioned we were 4 and we have to wait for the initial glass of water, than the water was served after 15 minutes and that was only 3 glasses. The food arrived bot late which was accepted as the outlet was crowded, the servers were rookie who served us food they were unable to do their basic job. The plate they gave us for the Breads (Roti and Naan) were just washed and all wet, they didn't even bothered to wipe so they can place the breads on it, we have to ask him to wait so we can wipe our plates by our self with the tissues. While we were wiping both the servers were just waiting for us to finish the wiping. There was 2 much of staff on the floor and the manager in blazer was just around couple of tables, the staff was not even checking whether we need anything or everything is all right, after sometime 1 of the seniors from the management side asked how was everything that time the server came along with him. The food and menu was nothing different than any other restaurants around, the taste was average and no wow factor...
