Conrad Pune — Hotel in Pune

I spent 2 nights/3days, and wanted to have additional day, but the rooms were full! The place is very close to Pune Airport, right in center, ease of access to hotel, surroundings. The hotel is superb with tall double height ceiling giving lot of room for visual as well as fresh air and ventilation. The lobby, reception, coriander resturant, koji, 15th floor resturant overlooking sky, executive lounge all were superb! i stayed in 13th floor when hotel offered me upgrade for a little more price, but it was worth with both view as well as an "Excellent Services" in Executive Lounge by Miss Jojo! who was a through professional in her approach as well as smile always! We thank her for making our Day! The place is very quite, beautiful with silence and soothing music always overflows during walkaway or lift of sitting atop. The facility has beautiful SPA, which we took - Facial, Ayurvedic and Swedish Spa and the services were thoroughly professional in doing. They ensured that the place is very clean, hygine and steam spa was superb! the method of doing the SPA was slow pace, quite, and caring the each and every person gently soothing and carrying the mind slowly to blissful state! keep it up! There were couple of front office folks who were very generous in asking if everything is alright, and if we need anything more! what a great way to upkeep the spirits! in today's world! The room services were excellent. They made up our room for our wedding anniversary 9th Sep, by decorating with lovely roses, petals and a message with a card and a tasty Choco Cake @ our room, when we were away! Simply i felt it was so personal touch by Miss Pranitha and Miss Mannat who helped to get this across. Miss Pranitha was having excellent communication skills, and was very natural in her chat with us, she was at ease and made the conversation with us ease! and we enjoyed our 3 days throughly. We were thinking, how fast 3 days went by, we never went out of the hotel, and we were just enjoying the Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner package in the room which has bathtub and tv, the entire room was having lovely touchless indicator buttons having different features. The room was very spacious and we felt like our home! The coriander restaurant was equally very good with lot of variety of items from starters, soups, pasta, kottu parota, variety of dosas, rice items, desserts, fresh fruits, yogurt etc., The ambience was very nice, the chairs was wide and big, plates were bit heavy, the quality of food items such as butter, jams spreads etc., were all very good. I highly recommend family for having nice time here. The swimming pool and Spa is pretty good, nice hot water spray post pool, change rooms, towels and a glass of lime water. One recommendation i would like to make. Please create a seperate space for Yoga - and put mats. We need to provide this to outside world, just like how you kept...

We stayed in the deluxe suite and the room was amazing. It was well equipped, spacious and exceeded all of our expectations.

The staff at Conrad Pune deserves special praise for their exceptional service. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Sakshi and Balajeet, who were in charge of room service. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met promptly and efficiently.
