I ordered Apsara special thali which had tomato soup, three kinds of vegetables, one dal, one plate of raita, papad, not salad but onion and lemon piece, two rotis, one small plate of rice, pickle and a sweet. Out of three vegs one was a simple potato which I didn't even taste. Other veg were good. The rice was good. The best part of the total meal was custard apple. It tasted awesome! One thing that made me happy which we usually don't mention but bother a lot, which is water. At first I was served with cold water. This cold and sweet water really made my day!

I recently visited Apsara Veg Restaurant and tried their Paneer Tikka Biryani and Veg Pulao. The Paneer Tikka Biryani was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked rice and flavorful spices that complemented the soft and well-marinated paneer. It’s one of the best biryanis I’ve had in a while!

However, the Veg Pulao didn’t quite meet my expectations. The flavors felt a bit underwhelming compared to the high standard set by the biryani.
