I booked the room through Cleartrip, when i reached there, the guy who is sitting in the reception is one of the worst ever seen in my life, he was saying that there is no confirmation on your booking transaction, they do not have a system he was looking in a diary, when i showed my Cleartrip Transaction he said that they will refund the money back to you. After a long discussion with him i called his the Owner of the Hotel, he said that there is no room at present if any room will vacant they will call me...||||Finally i called Clear Trip customer care somehow they managed a room for me but when i saw the room i was shocked, i booked the room for 4 person and thave gave me in which only 2 can accommodate, for rest 2 they put mattress on the floor, in the website they mentioned few pics also in which it is having 2 beds for 2 person each... that's all fake don't trust on this Hotel and Clear Trip guys.||||Simply saying sorry for the inconvenient sir, what the hell sorry will do ultimately we only suffered waited for almost 2 hours outside and terrible discussion with them, phone bills and the most funniest one we paid extra for those 2 mattress... ||||They deserve ZERO or MINUS rating.||||MINUS INFINITY to be honest||||TRIP ID: 150 923 104...

I had to show him e mail on my mobile. He enquired if I have paid the money. When I said "yes", he didnot seem to be happy.||||After filling all papers, he refused to honour the booking on a flimsy ground that my partner's and my addresses don't match. He refused to refund and asked me to get refund from where I paid.||||Hotels.com showed "free wifi in lobby". Actually, hotel doesn't have lobby at all.
