Absolutely worst experience. Management was arrogant, you just can't get any positive feedback. They tell you you can't bring food from outside and when you order from them they will tell you that either they can't bring you food or take unnecessarily long to bring food. They took 40 mins just to bring tea and that too after going to front desk twice. They didn't even bring tea two times we ordered and still added those to the bill. Not to mention food quality is bad and highly overpriced. Room is not clean and smelly, and they don't take the trash out even if you tell them. Worst of all: they will ask for full payment in advance and when you are in room they will keep pestering you if you will continue to stay or leave. Checkout time is 12 noon but they will start nagging from 10 for you to leave. Wish there was a negative...

One star for location. Apart from that, everything is bad.

When I booked the room after a long day around 9.30pm, didn't know that i was this close from Saras baug. Anything within 1.5 km radius of Sarasbaug and Swargate is bad for the reason that, hotels have multiple guests who book room on hourly basis. I saw one and my driver confirmed 3 more came on that night from 10 to 11.55 pm.

Rooms are small, broken, smelly and unhygienic. There is no restaurant on premises. Hotel will bring in food from some restaurant which staff claimed that the same management owns.

Reception guy starts at 2000 per night and settles anywhere between 1000 to 1500.

I had locked myself in room, got up and got ready somehow and left by 8 am.

The room(like Ghost room) stay rent is about Rs.2200 + average Rs.400 lunch+ Rs 100 breakfast, tea = 2700 per day. In every moment, They serve you on the basis of money. Room boys will not clean your room on regular basis. Room walls paint were broken. AC didn't work properly. The lodge staff only serve you when you are paying money for that.In such a big hotel customer expects free auro filter water system for drinking water whenever you needed, but they will give you water bottle for Rs.20 which is not worthy for family.
