Pizza Hut | Hirabaug, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

Very disappointed by the experience... I ordered a veggie feast pizza in their unlimited pizza and drink offer @299... The first pizza came pretty quickly. But the second pizza took 40+ minutes to be prepared and was very soggy with too much of saince and less toppings. The staff was inattentive and did not listen to the second pizza I asked for, and I waited for 10 minutes. I asked them about my order after that and they did not listen to it and I asked them again for the second time and still it took 25+ minutes as they were busy preparing a take away order from someone else that came after me. This is so frustrating. Also, I would ask the viewers to not trust on the Google rating for this restaurant as they ask the customer to rate them highly in exchange of some free stuff which is against pizza hut rules. As per recommendation by their superior we have done the order online. However they doesn't fullfill the requirements so need to make adjustment. Whatever order placed, they requested to give another option due to non-availability. Because of this, my face value was down infront of foreigners (Japanese). Also less star due to atmosphere outside entrance was very dirty. My suggestion is that to avoid such kind of incidents, to use Domino's Pizza outlet. Also they are not ensuring that everything is served as per orders,...

Order spicy delight pizza, but not enough toppings, just cheese and base without enough toppings as required. Pizza was not spicy. Very disappointed by pizza this time.... I eaten spicy delight very times...enough toppings hoti hai... Person i said there is less topping he just said itni topping milte hai. Very disappointed... I love to eat pizza by pizza hut... But think so its high to change my choice of pizza hut.... Need to find out new...
