Bread Story — Restaurant in Pune

Bought an Irish coffee cake only to find the piece as stale and old.. The salesperson was lying confidently on the freshness of the cake stating unsold cakes from earlier dates are disposed off.. Pretty sure this must be directive from the management to lie confidentiality and cheat the consumers... People who are trusting this brand must be extra careful since the salesperson as well as the organisation will fool you since its very easy to make tall claims knowing there is no way to verify the quality of the product..

Customers looking for reviews, please check the existing 5 star reviews using discretion and caution... Some of them are fake and most possibly brought in for a token amount.. Won't be surprised if these are the local guys who without any job keep roaming around destination centre,...

We are customer of specially Kalyani nagar branch Pune from almost last 8 years and never experienced anything bad.

With Magarpatta branch and back end office this brand became a nightmare. Cake ordered for certain date and delivery delayed nonetheless due to event planning and other work during delivery we paid pending amount incorrectly instead 1000s we paid in 10,000s by mistake over upi app.

Now it’s 7th day of follow up shop Person says back end owner will refund when we asked for contact then back end person explained some process after 5 days and asked for account details. That also provided again yet to receive the refund. Trust me this ruined great experience of last 8 years and I would never recommend to any friends and family Bread Story...

Excellent pastry. Bread story is one of the most loved bakery shops in the pune for cakes and snacks. It a must try place for all the chocolate lovers . We have tried almost every pastries it was really yummy.
