Swiss Bakes — Restaurant in Pune

I recently bought a cake from Swiss Bake for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately, the cake turned out to be a major disappointment. When we cut the cake and took the first bite, it was evident that it had been sitting for a day and the bread tasted stale and poor quality. It was really disappointing as it spoiled the mood of our celebration.

I would have expected a lot more from Swiss Bake, especially given the positive reviews I had heard about their products. I was really let down by the poor quality of the cake and it was definitely not worth the price that I paid for it.

Very bad experience...Ordered 2 kg mix-fruit cake with photo print via phone. The price told to us was 1070. At the time of delivery bill was 1500. On asking they told that "1070 is price of cake and photo print is separately chargeable which costs 300 rupees."

Still the total becomes 1370 and not 1500. The communication with manager ended with him bit odd behaving on phone and saying "Give whatever you want to" and disconnected.

I did pay them 1500, and my only issue is the last minute change in bill and their behavior. If they told 1500 earlier then it wasn't a problem at all or if they told that they might have missed telling the printing charges, I would have happily paid it. Recently bought the WORST but expensive Rasmalai cake from this shop. It was great when I had it last time...2-3 months back. Cake was full of Cream only...that too bitter cream. More than 80% of the cake was made up of cream. Only middle portion of the cake (approx 15 %) was made up of bread with very less part of rasmalai. Got the same feedback from a friend saying recent degrade of the quality. Rasmalai cake was my favorite which is not the case anymore...specifically from this shop. This is not expected from a brand like Swiss Bakes. Very disappointed. Not at all...
