Extra oily , extra burnt and Smell Indicating Uncleanliness

It smelled differently means not good, almost like the oil it was fried in hadn't of good quality.This happens for four times with me.But now I am giving this feedback. It's a tiny stall with a big, big heart. I ordered Misal Pav, and was honestly expecting a very modest plating with some bread and a bowl of curry. But i was surprised by the size of the meal, and of course, the taste too. I tried Vada Pav, Misal Pav, Buttermilk. The owner also offered to try aloo bhajji and kanda bhajji, both of them were amazing to taste. Vada Pav is always served hot. Very simple but amazing taste. Many other varieties of Vada pav are also available. Misal Pav was served in proper steel cutlery. What an amazing taste. The only suggestion I have for them is to add chairs for seating if possible.
