Burger Mines: A Mixed Experience

I recently ordered two tantalizing Crunchy Chicken Burgers from Burger Mines. The burger's taste was exceptional, with succulent chicken and an incredibly delicious sauce that added a burst of flavor. However, my enjoyment was marred by the surprisingly old buns that accompanied the burgers.

Upon notifying the staff and showing them the stale buns, they explained that the buns were supposedly fresh but might have gotten compressed during transportation due to a large quantity of orders. This reasoning was a bit perplexing to me, as it's unusual for fresh buns to appear aged and unappetizing. Unfortunately, despite providing photos for reference, they declined to replace the burgers, which was disappointing and not in line with my expectations of their customer service.

Despite this setback, I must commend the exceptional taste of their sauces, which elevated the overall flavor profile of the burgers. The staff's handling of the situation, however, left much to be desired, as their refusal to address the quality issue was unexpected.

Firstly, it took quite some time for my order to get ready, furthermore, the done in the area is extremely unhygienic. Now coming to the Burger the patty is so small and got no chicken, rarely there is any minced chicken that I could taste. Overall I got a bad experience along with it I wasted my money unnecessarily. One should instead go for Burger King which is near Hippie at Heart they never disappoint. However, even if their burger size is small but the content is still there and you can taste the chicken and their special sauce is the legit special sauce, unlike Burger mines,"special sauce" which is just food color, there is no taste to it. So please save your money and don't go to this bakwaas place. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DONT GO TO BURGER...
