Being a huge cheesecake fan, I could not wait to try these cheesecakes.

New York Style Vanilla Cheesecake - Some desserts have the capacity of making you feel delightful, this is one of them. A remarkable baked cake which I thoroughly enjoyed and it touched my soul. The texture was astoundingly smooth and the vanilla flavour was a perfect match made in heaven. This classic New York cheesecake was a rich, creamy and dense cake. The crust was crisp and did not fall apart when cut, a perfect sign of a perfect cake. It's one of the best cheesecake I have ever had - it tasted amazing.

Irish Coffee Cold Set Cheesecake - This one is in the no-bake cheesecake category. It is one tremendously rich and stupendous cheesecake. This one had cocoa, ground coffee beans and irish cream. This extremely elegant cheesecake was a winner. It was appropriately balanced in flavour and can easily become one of your favourite. Anyone who adores Irish Coffee would fall for this one with the bitter sweet flavours, it is one to die for.

I truly appreciate the efforts Tarul must have taken to curate these fantastic recipes and bring together these enchanting pieces of art.

Hey! how much cheese is too much cheese? Who cares, when you devour the best in town i.e from @theyellowslice , from DIY pizzas to cheese cakes all I have to say is thank you for serving the best in this hard time and fulfilling our never ending cravings.

Long meetings, training sessions and all you need is some pampering to your palette, so nothing is better than a cheesecake to uplift your mood. Ordered 2 slice Classic Vanilla cheesecake for my after lunch dessert, it was visually appealing, the colour and vibrancy of it made it more promising.

Coming to the taste, it was a freshly baked cake which contained egg paired with a buttery, crumbly biscuit base. Cheese in between was thick, fresh cheese and there’s no denying its decadence. A guilt free evening and after taste of this cheese cake was little heavy on stomach, but worth every penny.

I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to The Yellow slice for organizing such a delightful cheese tasting experience. Everything was beautifully arranged and ran like clockwork—the event starting right on time set a great tone for the entire session.

The variety of cheeses was exceptional, and the presentation (especially the pairing platter!) was visually stunning and delicious. I especially loved the cheese trivia and the insightful pairing knowledge that was shared—it added so much depth to the experience and made it both fun and educational.

From the ambience to the thoughtfully curated bites, every detail was clearly planned with care. All in all, a fantastic experience that I’d happily recommend to anyone who loves cheese or simply wants to try something unique and memorable.
