I recently(22 December 2024) ordered a 2kg cake for my birthday from this shop, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. First, the person who took my order wasn’t even an employee of the shop! She was a friend of one of the staff members who, instead of doing her job, was outside chatting with her boyfriend. This “stand-in” was completely inattentive, disinterested, and clearly not trained, resulting in a messed-up order. ( To be honest not her fault as she is not an employee at the store)

To add insult to injury, the shop blatantly lied about their promotion of a free dry product with a premium cake. It’s not about the free product—it’s about the dishonesty in their marketing.

The final straw? On my birthday, I went to pick up my cake, only to find out that it was 1kg instead of the 2kg I ordered. This was beyond disappointing and completely ruined what should have been a special day.
