Ching's Essence — Restaurant in Pune

1.On January 26th Sunday 2025 at 1:00 PM me and my friend took a takeaway of fried rice and chicken lollipop. When opened the package found a piece of fiber in fried rice and when we tried to complain it to the owner(Aunty) she refused it by saying it's not my rice by looking in the picture and after a minute she accepted that it's her rice but came up with an excuse that they don't use any glass material in their shop when I didn't even mention anything about glass . literally we have earlier also let the stuffs like hairs wooden pieces and stones ...but I think that they should now prepare for the consequence they just exploit the customer with the cooking staff and the reception staff ....it's my humble request don't even recommend this place to your close ones.

I decided to give this place a second chance after a bad experience where I found a foreign object (a piece of fiber) in their fried rice. But things only got worse. This time, the son of the owner (Aunty) called me over in front of other customers and started questioning me aggressively about the review I had posted earlier.

He asked, "Why did you post that?" and "Why did you even come back?" — as if I wasn’t a paying customer. His tone was rude, confrontational, and completely unprofessional. When I called my friend over, he even told him to shut up.

This is not how any customer should be treated — especially not in front of a restaurant full of people. They clearly don’t care about hygiene, accountability, or basic respect. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and dignity — go elsewhere.There are many restaurants way...

Scam Chinese point never trust this people. Food is nice, but on Saturday due to googlepay server issue I did a double payment staff informed me my payment will be refunded once the owner is in. I waited until 10pm I called the aunty she said your money will not go anywhere once my staff told you we will do it I am not at the hotel. Next afternoon I had to call for my money then they did refunded and ask me to remove the review I had posted and now this people have time to keep calling me to remove my review and no one called me to give my money I have to follow up for refund. Now keep disturbing my sleep. I will never visit again and not recommend it to anyone. One word money...
