Worst Dining Experience Till Date

My recent visit to the "Crazy Cheezy Cafe" in Kothrud was a far cry from my usual experiences at their outlets in Pune. It was a weekend afternoon, and I went with friends, hoping for a delightful time, but sadly, it left me disappointed.

Firstly, the service was painfully slow, making our wait seem endless. The ambiance was lackluster, with a noticeable humidity issue and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air, which significantly impacted the overall dining experience.

Hygiene was a major concern as we spotted a cockroach on our table, which was quite unsettling. I even captured a video as evidence of this issue. This is unacceptable in any dining establishment.

To add to the disappointment, we ordered Alfredo pasta with an extra serving of mushrooms, for which we paid an additional charge. However, when our pasta arrived, there was no sign of the promised mushrooms. We also ordered fries, which arrived over 30 minutes later, served in a broken pan.

The final blow was when we brought these issues to the attention of the staff at the billing counter. Regrettably, no action was taken to address our concerns, which left us feeling unheard and dissatisfied.

In conclusion, my visit to the "Crazy Cheezy Cafe" in Kothrud was marred by slow service, hygiene issues, missing food items, and unresponsive staff. Food is good.... But the service was very poor, the price they charge is for overall presentation and the service they offer, which is worst. They are cutting down service in the name of the pandemic but then it should be at all places....

@Rohit Joshi & Tushar Kelkar --Brand Owner Manager - Shashank says he cannot give us plates and cutlery because of the pandemic but it is okay we are served at a place which is not cleaned after the previous guest.

He says they cannot serve us because of the pandemic but they can place all their cutlery directly on to the table.

He says due to pandemic we have to pick our own cutlery from kitchen and every time we had to call someone they had to be approached physically if we needed anything......

I guess they should rather keep their outlet closed because of the pandemic... Rather than denying service because of pandemic...
