Domino's Pizza | Anand Nagar, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

I wish I could give zero stars. I visited this store today to collect my parcel and decided to order pizza in person, thinking the issues I faced previously with my Zomato order were due to some confusion or miscommunication. But sadly, the experience was even worse this time.

Firstly, the staff was not attentive while I placed my order they barely acknowledged me and didn’t seem interested in helping.

Secondly, the pizza quality was terrible. It was stiff and tasted far from fresh. The toppings were disappointing, and the portion size was shockingly small. While I understand some of this might be based on company standards, the regular pizza was so tiny, it wouldn’t even fill a child’s stomach.

Lastly, I tried calling the contact number listed on Google and Zomato, but it doesn’t connect which added to the frustration.

This place used to be a favorite of mine growing up, and it’s truly disheartening to see such a decline in quality...

Writing this review after many similar experiences..... It is really very sad that dominos authorities made their taste world class but the onl. Order system is so poor that I have to waste entire hour just ordering pizza... hold on... No internet issues were there...Has dominos got enough customers that their quality is becoming, sry say but worst now?!!! very dissappointing😔we can't just relish it only because of time it is taking .... Adhar card ka verification bhi seconds me to jata hai bhai hum order karte bhaithe hai ....

If there is too much rush on weekends then definitely u can appoint a new team for onl. Orders and separate for restaurants.... Very Very disappointed.. I don't want to hurt any of the authorities just frustrated as a customer... Repeatedly saying Taste is Best but onl. Ordering makes it useless! I don't think I would now order onl....

What should I start with.. This is one of my favorite place. Dominos=pizza that's the simple equation. You will always find this place lively with pizza lovers. Variety of pizzas allows you to enjoy your meal. Staff is very much helpful and allows you to pic correct choice. You can enjoy here with buddies family children. No extra show place order and start your bites simple. Apart from such extra mind blowing quality pizza it holds a big problem of area. The main problem with this shop is the area of shop is very small and customer count of shop is very high so you will be not happy with sitting arrangements. But at the end if pizza is your choice den no other option in book. Go there and enjoy your hot...
