I recently visited a Domino's outlet, and I was shocked by the lack of hygiene and professionalism. Here's what I witnessed:
The chef was rolling dough with bare hands, which is highly unsanitary.
He was working alone, handling everything from dough to toppings without proper support.
Delivery staff and employees were entering the kitchen area without wearing uniforms.
Hair caps and other hygiene protocols, which are mandatory in food preparation areas, were not followed.
A customer asked for the manager to address concerns, and an employee rudely claimed to be the manager, taking the situation as a joke instead of resolving it.
Another customer was rudely asked to leave after placing an order because the employees wanted to close by 11 PM.

Read moreLast Saturday I have ordered pizza and opted for pick up. The order was incomplete and store manager promised to refund the amount. However since then there is automated message coming to me at 3Am IST that your number is not reachable which honestly I found insane and this morning I received a call from store and she said that is the system sending message automatically (which was very causal) and lady's approach was like it is very usual and ended up saying that my system doesn't show that there was a short delivery after lot of argument she said ok what I can try and do is give to some discount on your next order (strategy/excuse for not accepting the fault) or my evening manager will connect with you. My point is Domino's committed and accepted short delivery and promised for refund the amount. Now they are just playing the ping pong... I have faced as well previously this kind of issue with them where they say discount on next order which in reality doesn't happens. This time I was very firm to return me back my hard earned money.. it is not only about money it is the responsiveness of the such a brand.
Horrible and pathetic experience... Domino's needs to seriously think on improving...
