Ordered the same food twice from Kannu Ki Chai—and both times, they sent me some random Frankenstein version of what I actually wanted. I guess “Kannu” stands for Kuch bhi bhej do, koi fark nahi padta. The audacity is impressive: no heads-up, no options—just surprise, we gave you something else entirely! Like a culinary lucky draw that no one asked for.

When I finally called to ask what sort of culinary roulette they’re playing at, the genius on the phone informs me: “Woh item out of stock tha sir, toh jo available tha woh bhej diya.” Like… what? Since when is that how restaurants work? If I wanted a surprise, I’d join a tasting menu—not order a cheese sandwich and get aloo poha.

Tried escalating via Swiggy/Zomato—got a tiny refund that doesn’t even cover the disappointment. Basically paid full price for half-baked customer service and zero accountability.

Note to Kannu ki Chai: If you’re out of something, say so. Don’t just pick something random and send it like it’s your mom packing lunch. Until you fix your menu, your ethics, and maybe your name, I’ll be ordering from literally anywhere else.

Their Moong Dal Pakoda is a must-try—crispy, fresh, and perfectly spiced, making it the ideal companion to their adrak tea. The Masala Cheese Maggi is another favorite of mine! It’s packed with flavors, perfectly cooked, and the cheesy twist makes it even more irresistible.

And I can’t forget about their Carrot Cake—it’s soft, moist, and perfectly balanced in sweetness with just the right hint of spice. It pairs wonderfully with their tea and is the perfect way to end a snack session on a sweet note!

Absolutely disgusted with Kannu Ki Chai! We ordered a chicken mayo sandwich, and instead, they sent us some worst taste mustard sauce sandwich – not even close to what we paid for. The worst part? When we raised the issue, they blatantly lied, claiming their sandwich “comes with mustard sauce” – something that was never mentioned anywhere on the menu or description.
