We visited chaitanya paratha, baner 2 days ago, around 7.30 pm for a dinner. We Ordered veg patiala and paneer sabji with 3 plain roti.
After complaining we received another rotis but captain touched those rotis in front of us with his bare hands just to check rotis were warm or not. He himself told waiter to change rotis again. After 15-20 min we received fresh roti. After confronting captain about above situation he said that rotis were not stale but was made around 6 pm ( which he served us shamelessly at 7.45 pm )
Then we ordered jeera rice and horrible thing is jeera rice was stale too !! How can they serve jeera rice stale?? This thing shows there carelessness towards their customers.
I directly went to owner but he just replaced jeera rice without understanding seriousness of d situation.
It wasnt only about replacement of food. It was about health, hygiene, our happy time, our money.
staff is rude. Specially their captain ( i dont know his name but the one who has short height)
ambience is good. Menu has varieties. Tastewise it isnt as good as FC road branch.
It you still want to go to chaitanya paratha(baner)...its ur choice...but definitely its a big NO from my side.
If chaitanya paratha(baner)wants to verify this situation or a comment, kindly call me. I stay just behind you in willed...
Read moreWorst Will never order again even there won't be any option left. On 08/08/21. This time experience wasn't good with Chaitanya Parathas, Baner. We ordered Paratha combo ( 2 Parathas, chhole and Raita). Parathas were bland. Chhole was not enough for 2 Parathas. Quantity was so less. I had Parathas from Chaitanya Paratha, Viman Nagar. Same Menu 2 days back but quantity and quality was awesome. Taste was different than today's one and awesome too. Kindly select carefully and confirm portion before ordering otherwise u will end up with disappointment and specially when u r more than one person to eat. On 11/08/21. I ordered again, Aloo methi paratha. Taste was so bland. There was no methi in Aloo methi paratha. As a professional chef I can suggest when u r serving Mix paratha with a Aloo base Paratha, the quantity of other vegetable or ingredient should be equal with aloo. Posting a photo where no methi can be seen. On 02/11/21 Ordered Paneer paratha with instructions with less chillies. But It was full of chillies like I am eating chilli paratha. I am a chef, Chaitanya paratha please call me once to teach u how to make stuffing...
Read more"Disappointed and shocked! A premium hotel in Baner, Pune, is cutting corners by using palm oil instead of refined oil for cooking. Palm oil, as we know, is a cheaper alternative but raises serious health concerns due to its high saturated fat content and environmental impact. For a premium establishment that charges accordingly, using such an ingredient without informing customers is nothing short of misleading and irresponsible.
In this day and age, hotels owe transparency to their customers, especially regarding the ingredients they use. I would expect platforms like Swiggy and Zomato to enforce some level of quality and ingredient checks for partner hotels, ensuring they meet basic benchmarks. As customers, we deserve to know exactly what we’re consuming – especially when paying a premium price. This lack of transparency and concern for customer well-being is unacceptable.
Hotel management, I urge you to reconsider your choices. Integrity and customer satisfaction should be top priorities if you want to maintain a reputable brand. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and pushes for the...
