Eminent , Baner, Pune — Hotel in Pune

Stayed here for 2 weeks. The place is not luxurious like star hotels but quite decent, clean and well maintained. It is quite good and VFM, given the per day charges I came to know. AC, hot water, ventilation, tv, big almirah, small table setup if you need to work, clean bed, all basic needs r covered. Staff is very nice ,courteous & professional, they ask for daily room cleaning. Even they were happy to subscribe extra tv channels if needed. Breakfast is tasty with enough varities daily. Best thing is the location - everything is from walking distance - Balewadi IT park, all kind of restras, food joints, medical, general stores, hospital and everything is available nearby. Only improvement I would suggest that they should try to include laundry service as if it is more of a corporate stay for the ppl staying for...

A third class hotel I even seen of Oyo ..too old rooms , bedsheet was torn and have a blood on it ...pillow was like bring it from garbage and breakfast is also too bad. Don’t ever think to book this hotel ...when I open the Televesion they do not even recharge their DTH nad whnen I asked them they said only free channels are availbale with us . Stayed here for 2 weeks when got a transfer to Pune. This is a 'Cognizant-Only' guest house. Hygiene is excellent here. Bedsheets are changed and room is cleaned daily. Washroom is good. A/C is present as also a TV with a Tata Sky connection. Food is good. Staff as per my experience is a bit arrogant and less helpful. Also, travelling to Cognizant phase 1,2,3...
