RA Residence — Hotel in Pune

A quiet, green escape from city life

I recently spent four days at this property in Baner and I am already dreaming up some ways to go back👀 Located amidst abundant greenery just off the main road in Baner, Ra Residence makes for a comfortable and convenient stay in a prime location.

The service is excellent and the staff is attentive and super helpful. There is no facility for cooking yet but they do plan to introduce this in the future. You can order in your food though. Each room has a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator too.

The location makes it easy for you to walk around and discover the cafes and bars of Pune. If you are not in the mood to get out and are traveling in a large group, you can also ask them to organize a party for you at their gorgeous terrace!

This property has 22 rooms, and each room has a different layout and theme. I stayed in Wadu, the deluxe suite, and enjoyed my mornings with the sunrise and a good workout in the attached balcony.

Since this property is fairly new I had the chance to get a sneak peek of the other rooms. I love the attention to detail, and the design is aesthetically pleasing and calming. If I am traveling solo again I would love to check into the Boho room!

The room size is very expensive for 4k/ night

Dirty linens with stains all over. Doubt they wash let alone replace them after every checkout. Fortunately for them I checked in late around 11pm & realised the filthy stains too late at night for relocation to different room.

Room main door RF reader not working for all the rooms in 2nd floor (Myroom being 203). The RF card given is an Absolute dud waste. Every time you go out, you had to call reception to open the door manually.

Unprofessional and disgusting ppl had placed expired water bottled in room. Unfortunately for me and fortunately for them, I realised it only after drinking the water.

There is chaintanya Paratha plaza on main road. Hotel cheekily kept the entire menu of Chaitanya Paratha but with double the rates with double the waiting time. (45mins)

Despite all these hazzles, if visitors indeed do intend to go here, Would recommended visitors to directly walk to Chaitanya paratha plaza (100m) from property and eat the same at half thr price and faster service than depend on...
