Faasos Baner — Restaurant in Pune

First of all I would like to Thank Aditi Mishra for including us in the home delivery review program. We ordered –:

1)-Fiery panner tikka wrap 2)-Cheesy corn salsa wrap 3)-Rajma rice

Fassos also sent us a complimentary lava cake , Nice Gesture . Frankly speaking about the delivery , I would give it a 5 Star as we were stuck in some work and opened the parcels an hour after it got delivered… It was still warm and fresh which actually speaks for their Good Packaging. Coming on the Food ,

1. Fiery Paneer tikka wrap (5/5)

The paneer roll was actually more cheesier and tastier than the corn one. It was more soft than the corn cheese one too , maybe I guess because it was made in Aata and the Corn one was made in Maida. I really LOVED this roll and would recommend it.😍😍

2. Cheese corn roll (3/5) -:

Even though it's name is cheese corn roll it lacked cheese. It didn't match my expectations. The "+" about this roll was that It wasn't spicy so it's favourable for those who don't like spicy food.🧡

3. Rajma Rice (5/5)-:

Well a perfect meal. I would frankly say I didn't expect it to be so good. The Rajma was soft rice was pretty tasty and quantity was pretty decent. Loved it ❤️

4)Lava cake (5/5)

Unlike many other places the lava cake was really soft o eat and mouth watering. We’ve seen that many places have a really hard covering to the lava cake. Frankly it wasn’t found here , and that’s a ‘+' point.😍😍

I loved the home Service provided to us. I was completely satisfied. Overall I would rate it 4/5 Based on-:

I am extremely disappointed with your food service and customer care services. I have faced embarrassment and in addition to the damage caused. I downloaded the Faasos App order the parathas combo which I order on a regular basis. The order arrives an hour later. The food is cold and absolutely not how I expected it to be, there's no filling and no taste. Such an embarrassment with guests around. I do not know how you can repair the damage but I shall never order or recommend fasoos ever. After calling the customer support several times and they telling me that I would be receiving a call in the next 5 minutes,which I never received. I had to take the pain to get intouch via mail in the middle of the night . This is a harassment for anyone who is hungry, can't order from anywhere as everything is shut and the restaurant ordered from plainly ignores you .

Faasos has progressed a lot since their partition from eatsome and they're far better than their rival in terms of quality and variety. I usually order from the app. They usually have cashback offers. 1)Cheese melt chicken/paneer- Their best roll according to me. Plenty of delicious cheese and chicken. 2)Egg roll- They used to have a 20/- egg roll which was filling and affordable to anyone. They've made it 40-50 bucks with a few additions now which is still cheap but it was nice to have an option of a quick cheap snack. 3)It's not just Rolls. Parathas, rice, noodles,omelettes etc and they even deliver tea! They've started a new elite customer system which I was a part of where they offered faster deliveries, new product launches and pay...
