FEAST INDIA COMPANY …was fest of ignited curiosity.. was my wifes birthday and seeing its reviews and so close by had decided to visit this place a long time back.
Being a lazy monday the restaurant was slow but in future if they the quality and taste maintained i feel one will have to wait in queue without prior appointments.i had read they play soft music but i did not hear it nor i requested it. May be next time. Ambience was good.. appealing..staff was attentive.
On welcome menu was served and 100 year old question was asked regular or bottled.. as orthodox as i am i asked for regular water and questioned if it was corporation.. but recd an answer that it was filtered when i tasted it felt weird so requested a bottled water instead.
After settling Now the real journey started had read reviews and yo branch out i ordered some on my own.
For soup badam murgh shorba.. a very subtle broth with crushed almonds minced chicken meat just set the tune.. hell with music who needs it..
For starters i tried veg gilouti kebab which came on small bed of paratha with mint chutney and dahikanda(yoghurt with onions) on side.very moist minimum spiced but full on flavours.first bite and you know no reviews were a lie.
Second starter were the Indonesian chicken satay.. the warm peanut sauce blend with moist juicy chicken was a good choice but i have had better . Nothing extraordinary but simple and fresh and tasty.
I was going to have a 3starter and then get amain course . But my wife and child got full and me almost on the verge of getting full . But anyhow i ordered 3rd starter with prawns fried rice on the side. Fried rice is my finale go to dish when i am almost full.
The 3rd starter was xiang chilli chicken which was sweet savory.. with colourful capsicums and perfect blend of chinese sauces . I looked for celery as mentioned in discription but did not feel the taste may be i was searching for fresh herb snd may be the dish was dried herb.. i missed it.With my fried rice it paired nicely.. i asked for chilli vinegar and side sauces for which I received chilli vinegar and soya sauce.. authentic soya sauce and not synthetic soya sauce i guess.. when in usa i used to have a brand called kikkoman Very authentic soya sauce taste the genie ceramic bottle on table had that similar taste.
Almost done and a quick visit by owner ashish to ask the taste and suggest a starter called dahi kebab was a little bit late when the war was almost won.
I told him the food was par excellence so good that even the mosquitoes could not resist it .the mosquitoes tried their best to get all the flavours by biting me. Well at start of dinner i had asked to close the air conditioner as it was getting cold . But i guess that i disturbed the sleep of mosquitoes as soon as the air conditioner went off .. the owner told his server the same thing but more politely not like me..
The servers are good .. helpfull and attentive. But ashish unnecessary english commands like would you like to have dessert can sound weird when not pronounced properly .sir kahi god have ka or sir kuch meetha ho jaaye sounds pure love. The more local the more beloved we puneites are.. my personal opinion though.
In all the best evening. The complaints are minor and happiness is major . Keep up the good work.. and consistent work till we see you again. All praises to chef who cooked the food. With gratitude all respect to the servers who served us.
the dishes are moderately priced for the food served. Perfect quantity.. for a moderate...

Yesterday we went to celebrate my mom birthday at Feast India Co. and had very horrible experience, we reached restaurant at 9:00 PM and they asked us to wait as the dont have seating arrangement for large group (we were 9 only). As i have seen very positive reviews we decided to wait after 15 minutes we got the table and we started with orders. We started with soups Badam Ka Shorba & mancha for that we waited for more then 15 minutes and when they served its was very cold, we still failed to give change and order staters. We order Paneer Ajwaini,Paneer Achari Tikka & Veg Galauti Ke Kebab which they recommended to have. Again after waiting for long time they serve us cold food which is having horrifying test. As we were super hungry we still order main course as it was almost 10:30. We informed to the waiters and captain that atlist this time serve us hot food but again disappointment, they serve very cold food and that again waiting for huge time. They have took 30 minutes to bring food roti/sabji. Finally at 11:30 i decided to order rice but my family was completely frustrated with the service and food what they got so we decided not to order. Everytime you need to call the waiter to give order, they never come to your table without calling to them. When we called manager to share experience 1st he gives us surprising look and when we explained then he understand the situation. He offered us sweets and discount but we denied as our celebration was alredy goes on tose..
So overall very bad experience with the hotel management ( Staff was thinking that they are out of India), food poor, quality pathetic, charges super high and most important service pathetic we entered in hotel at 09:30 and left at 11:30 that too with empty stomach. I do regular hoteling and exploring new places but this is the badest experience I got in my entire life.
If you wish to destroy your celebration and if you wanted to pay huge amount for the below average food do visit and west...

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Feast India Company, and I have to say, the name is certainly apt. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in an atmosphere that promised a delightful culinary journey. The ambience was inviting, the staff were attentive, and the buzz of happy diners filled the air – all signs of a place poised to deliver.
We opted for a diverse selection, including the highly recommended Galawat Ke Kebab, the intriguing Nawabi chicken Tikka, the Lahori murg with Roti, and finally, the classic Prawns Biryani.
For the most part, Feast India Company lived up to its promise. The Galawat Ke Kebab was the undisputed star of the show. These kebabs were a revelation – exquisitely spiced, incredibly tender, and so soft they truly melted in your mouth. They were a testament to the chef's skill and a definite must-try for anyone visiting.
We were equally impressed with the Nawabi murg Tikka and the Lahori murg with Roti. Both offered a fascinating flavors. The Nawabi murg Tikka was packed with succulent pieces of chicken, perfectly seasoned. The Lahori murg, served with roti was delicious.
However, the Prawns Biryani was the only minor blip on an otherwise fantastic experience. While not unpleasant, it simply didn't reach the same heights as the other dishes. It was a bit bland and lacked the vibrant flavors and aromatic spices that I typically expect from a good biryani.
Despite this minor disappointment, the overall experience at Feast India Company was overwhelmingly positive. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and readily available to answer our questions and offer recommendations.
In conclusion, Feast India Company offers good food, a warm, inviting ambience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it, Just be sure to prioritize those Galawat Ke Kebab – you...
