I recently had the pleasure of visiting Huber and Holly, an ice cream parlor that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at ease.

The first thing that caught my attention was the wide array of flavors displayed before me. It was a difficult decision to make, but after careful consideration, I opted for the charcoal lychee ice cream. Let me tell you, it was a revelation for my taste buds! The unique combination of the smoky charcoal and the sweet lychee was an absolute delight, leaving me craving more with every spoonful.

What impressed me the most about Huber and Holly was not just the standout flavor I chose, but the consistent quality across all their ice creams. Tried cold coffee and belgian chocolate shake 3-4 times at this outlet.

Last visit left a bitter taste in my mouth. Ordered cold coffee and belgian chocolate shake. Cold coffee was good but belgian chocolate shake was room temperature.

Asked the guy at counter about why is it not cold. At first he said both cold coffee and belgian chocolate shake was made from same milk. And he refused to entertain us.

On further discussion, he admitted that one of their blender is faulty and that's why Belgian chocolate shake got heat up in that faulty blender. But even after admitting an error in their machine, the guy was arrogant and told me that he can put the shake in refrigerator for some time to make it cool!

I am appalled at the arrogance and attitude of the staff. Do they expect us to wait there while shake gets cold after an hour in their refrigerator maybe?

Faulty machine but still customer is expected to pay for it. The least they could do is either remake the shake or put an ice cream scoop in the shake to bring the temperature down. But, no, looks like they have got an attitude problem and an arrogance in their behaviour. They need some customer interaction training and the owner should get the faulty machine replaced or ask your staff not to use the faulty machine.

In my previous visits, different staff used to be there at the outlet. Hinestly, that guy was really friendly and nice. But the guy at the counter on 1st May was absolutely unpleasant. Maybe the staff has changed and so is the quality!

Would not recommed it, I tried Shake & Cold Coffee at the Havmor branch just 100 meters away from Huber & Holly. Both of these chains are owned by same company.

And, I think Havmor was much better as they use ice cream while blending their shakes while Huber & Holly uses no ice cream, only cold milk while blending their shakes with faulty machines!

Avoid this outlet if you want to avoid rude staff behavior and unsatisfactory...

Stopped by Huber and Holly at Pradeep Plaza West Wing in Kharadi, this charming little ice‑cream spot is a real treat!

What I Loved: Delicious Ice Cream: A tempting range of unique and classic flavours and full of texture! Service: Friendly staff who were happy to offer samples and helped with flavor suggestions. Cleanliness: The counters and display freezers were spotless, which always makes a difference at an ice‑cream shop.

Areas for Improvement: Seating Situation: They’ve tried adding seating upstairs, but it’s quite cramped, definitely better for takeaway than lingering over your scoop. Ventilation: The cramped upstairs area can feel stuffy when busy, better airflow could really help.

All in all, Huber and Holly is a delightful stop for ice‑cream lovers. Great flavours and pleasant service make it worth visiting, just recommend grabbing your scoop to go or snagging one of the limited...
