KFC — Restaurant in Pune

My visit to the KFC outlet in Kharadi yesterday was an absolute disaster, and I’m beyond disappointed with their deceptive practices and unprofessional behavior. I ordered the Gold Zinger Meal, which, according to the prominently displayed posters and stickers in the outlet, was supposed to include a Coke along with the burger and fries. To my disbelief, the staff rudely informed me that the offer was “outdated” and that they couldn’t provide the Coke with the meal. Instead, they insisted I purchase it separately, completely ignoring the advertised deal!What’s infuriating is that the outlet still had large, colorful posters and stickers showcasing the Gold Zinger Meal with a Coke, misleading customers like myself into expecting the full meal as advertised. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the staff was dismissive, uncooperative, and downright arrogant, showing zero interest in resolving the issue or honoring the offer. This is not just poor service—it’s blatant false advertising and a betrayal of customer trust. It’s clear that KFC Kharadi either doesn’t care about updating their promotional materials or is deliberately misleading customers to boost sales. This experience left me feeling cheated, frustrated, and disrespected. I strongly urge everyone to avoid the KFC outlet in Kharadi at all costs. Their outdated information, deceptive advertising, and abysmal customer service make it an utterly unreliable place to dine. Our family has always loved KFC and once we were in the Unlock phase we drove down to Kharadi to pick up some of our favourite items from KFC. We had to wait for a very long time and we saw many people just walk to the counter and pick up their orders quickly. So today we decided to be smart and I placed the order online. My daughter reached the outlet at the pick up time but the person at the counter kept telling her that it was not ready. Finally after 45 mins the Manager said that there was a power failure and so they were not getting the online requests. I called the call center to complain about the delay. The person who responded was very polite and said that the matter would be resolved and that I would get a call in 2 mins from the Manager apologising for the delay but the call never came. I am hoping to at least get an email. After another 15 mins my daughter finally received the order, without any apology. I hope at least the food will be worth the wait. I understand that everyone is struggling to provide good service at this time. But there is no excuse for a delay of an hour with no apology. We have a long, long way to go before the standard of service at our multinational fast food joints matches the service at such outlets, outside...

Pathetic service, food is always out of stock, twice I have been there and both the time smoky chicken is out of stock. Once I ordered big8 from zomato after 1 hr also they didn’t gave my order I have personally go and ask for the order still they said preparation time for it 1hr and took more than 1.5hr. Today also when I visited the store smoky chicken was out of stock and I have to order something else. When I asked them for ketchup they forced me to buy their dips and didn’t gave me single packet of ketchup. I have visited many KFC store across India there I didn’t face such issues, but here staff is very very rude. Also the AC was also not working in the store, on asking to start any AC or duct staff simply ignored me. The staff is not at all helpful and kind here. i am not even willing to give one star to this store.
