Read moreToday, on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, my family — including my brother, his family, and all my nephews and nieces — visited Madhukunj Pure Veg. Upon arrival, we were informed there was a waiting list, so we decided to wait patiently.
Even though it was late at night, from around 9:20 PM to 10:40 PM, we waited for nearly 1.5 hours for our turn to dine.
However, to our surprise, the manager allowed another group of 26 people, who arrived after us (just 15 minutes before our turn), to be seated first. The manager prioritized the size of the other group over our family of 12 (including children), despite our long wait.
We were asked to adjust at a table set for 8 people, with a promise that another table would be allotted shortly. We decided to stay calm and let the children and ladies sit first. But when they reached the table, it was not cleaned and was unhygienic. Moreover, no staff member was around to assist.
Feeling disrespected, we left and returned to the entrance to express our concerns. We started arguing, as our patience had worn thin due to the long wait and lack of consideration for small children. Despite this, the staff did not show any empathy. Instead, a girl, who we understood to be the owner’s sister, blamed us and said it was our fault.
Their attitude was wrong and showed a complete lack of care towards customers — who should be treated like gods for any hotel or restaurant. This disrespectful and indifferent behavior was very disappointing.

We were total 12 people they didn’t allow us but let 26 people group go inside before us though they came afterwards. My uncles had went into an argument with the manager then he let us go inside and told that there is table only for 8 and 4 people have to wait behind. We went inside and the table they said us to go to was not at all clean. The manager was behaving so rudely with us. The girl over there I don’t who she was, gave us so attitude and blamed us that it was our mistake. This is how you treat your customers? This is how you run a hotel? They can’t even handle a large number of crowd. Don’t have basic manners to talk with customers. They showed us so much of attitude like they are doing favour on us by serving food for which we were going to pay if this couldn’t have happened. They were not even polite. Worst hotel. I suggest you all to not to go to such restaurant where you are not even been respected as a customer at first place. It was my first visit to this restaurant and worst experience.
