Cafe Bistro : Brewing fresh , defining the terms truely . . Pune satara highway is fully crowded with the bus rush hours and travellers , in this everyone needs a place to chill , hangout and have some good munchies till their pickup arrives . Cafe Bistro has all the true elements to fullfill all your needs and demands over food and drinks . . Starting from the Placet the underground levelled cafe has an exquisite seating with lot of couple and group couches with ambient lightings. The upper deck has some tables and chairs with good lightning at eve and a small waterfront beside the name tag . The things baked or cooked here are totally inhouse amd freshly prepared everyday . . The menu is wide range of snacks , shakes , coffee's and inhouse special brews . All the things are precisely prepared and mentioned by the owner and Chef himself . We had their famously recommend Piri piri paneer sandwich , Pink sauce pasta and the Chipotle fries . Honestly the texture and taste of both the preparation was truly amazing . Fries were quite dry but went good with the Chipotle dressing and Double coloured olives . . We had their Inhouse special Brew called The choco chip brew with nice and smooth flowing Shake , topped with whipped swirl and garnished to chocolate chips . The chocolate cappuccino was also a good extension to regular cappuccino . The dark aroma of chocolate with fresh brewed coffee and its rich taste took it to next level. .. Some cafes are rich with their taste not the expense , rather having the Famous brand name and dull food. "THE VALUE FOR MONEY CAFE "on satara road which served good food and great coffee! On entrance you have decent greenery around you as they have planted so many little trees giving it a fresh vibe. Then when you walk around you will see a lot of Grey exterior which is perfect for any kind of photography as it plays as a perfect backdrop. The interior is bit English style with a lot of vintage photos, handpainted walls combined with cozy sitting all around. Mostly you will see a lot of young people, especially couples having coffee and clicking selfies 🤳. Let's talk about their coffee :- They mostly serve Lavazza which ain't a stranger when it comes to coffee, they are using Italian semi automatic coffee machine, which are heavy duty machines, producing consistency with coffee shots. They are also using some really potent syrups for coffee, like Hazelnut, Caramel, vanilla etc which has more flavor than just sugar like generic blends. Being a coffee connoisseur I do enjoy a good cup of joe ☕.

Now Food :- Been there with a friend so we only tried a couple of items here :- Cheese Peri Peri Paneer :- Quick bite, melting cheese combined with fresh and well marinated Peri Peri Paneer is such a palate pleaser. Chipotle fries :- Crispy fries topped with Chipotle sauce, finely chopped black olives, jalapeños and parsley.

Having visited the place I do want to give the place a shoutout as it clearly deserves it with respect of - Hospitality Coffee Food Overall cleanliness Strict checks for guests as well as employees.
