McDonald's — Restaurant in Pune

I guess the quality and service of McDonald have been decreasing day by day . Was craving for that juicy and spicy burger and peri peri fries . Visited here and they got me frustrated never visiting again. First of all , change your management or change their attitude . Customers ask for a thing they like which can't be converted into other thing . No one would like a mango if they asked for apple right ? Please don't keep the goodwill on stakes on McDonald . I am sure I will not be visiting again and being a food blogger I am pretty sure I will write about it . The American cheese burger - burger was hard on side plus the party was tasteless cheese slice wasn't fresh . Asked for peri peri he didn't added it . Asked for coke float he gave me only coke . Poor Experience with Mr Sayed and his team

We went on a normal day for quick dinner, we requested menu, the items displayed on board ( 2 board display were not working) were not the full menu just the gourmet menu ( high costly), they did not have menu nothing which has the age old Mac veggies or the Mac aloo tiki burger details, they asked us to download the delivery app and order when we did that they said the price isn't what you see we have no such meal offers just direct pricing. For 30 mins we were trying to figure out the menu which was skill fully hidden by the staff. This i am sure is not the general practice we did not have similar experience at other outlet. Food is served well and quick in 5 mins of ordering your Mc meal at the counter.

Tried the new Peri Peri Mc Spicy Chicken burger, this burger has peri peri masala infused into the top bun of the burger, but somehow doesn't taste same as you expect when you add a pack of peri peri power into your fries (which is my all time favourite) so in my opinion I was a bit disappointed in that, else it's okay to try once.

My all time favourite order would be to have a Mc Chicken meal which is not spicy and go with the peri peri fries as an add on, these two compliment each other for one not being spicy and the other slight spicy, so you get the perfect balance (personal opinion).
