*You guys would be wondering why am I giving this Rating? This Rating stands for service, there was a guy in Yellow color shirt on ground floor who don't know how to speak with their customers. When I asked that guy are you manager or owner of this place then what he replied was horrific, he said you pay the bill then ill tell you who I am. I think they might be nice with marathi people but was not great for me.

*Food was good, ambience and interior was nice, even waiter gave good service but that one person spoiled my day.' It was Sunday afternoon, I had my meeting scheduled with a client, which was shifted to Aundh at last minute due to availability of client. I decided to go to this place as this place was close to me. I went there, I ordered food and waiting for my client to come. Its been 20 minutes in the restaurant and suddenly customers footfall get increased on high numbers, so that guy in yellow shirt headed towards me and said "you are seating here from last one hour and wasting time. Pay your bill we will give you another table when your friend comes.

*I paid my bill Rs.703/- (for single person) and went out of the restaurant, asked my client to meet at nearby coffee shop. Prices are high as per the location.

*I saw that everyone is disappointed with that counter guy, he is such a horrible and disgusting guy, I don't know how owners are managing keeping such kind of people in hotel.

*Reality: There ground floor AC works completely fine and there is no power cut issue, they willingly keeps the AC off and sends everybody on first floor, if you ask them to sit on ground floor they will tell you our AC is not working or AC is turned off. Once the first floor gets filled by people then they start ground floor AC and let customers sit on ground floor.

*What kind of cheap people they are.

*They charges you double amount Rs.40/- (Excluding GST Charges) on packaged drink water.

The most horrible experience I had with the staff. In particular with the guy who sits on the counter. I have visited thie place numerous time with my friend and I used to always sit up stairs on the 1 St floor With one of my friend. The food is grt. I visited this place with my parents and they are disabled and cannot walk the stairs due disability so I asked the person on the reception weather he can put on the A/C. HE SAIDBWE WILL have to sit upstairs, after reminding about the situation of my parents one of the captains convinced him that we will put the A/c on. I appreciated him for it. I don't remember his name. I must give him a pat on his back for what he did for me. But it was a struggle. We had lovely food and left for the day and today I again today I had. some guest in my house from Mumbai, since I was so excited to take them to Rahul Restraunt he denied putting on the a/c and he tells me I should have called the restraunt before coming since the a/c was in service and he said to me that I will keep the windows open and also keep the cooler om. Just imagine looking at the current weather conditions how could it be possible to sit in the restaurant with windows open and cooler. However the vallet parking driver was so nice he said I will talk to the person on the reception and try to convince him. but I said not to talk to him since it might be the owners decision. I told him that will never and will never visit the hotel agairn and left. Such a bad day of my life. Horrible customer service. The staff is too good however the person on the counter, I don't remember his name, could be Sandeep or Akash, he has lost a customer, not just me but friend who had ordered food from the hotel who really reliished it. I have asked them not to order any more. The owner of the hot might not even think about this post because his business has been running for a long time....
