Dusty Tables and Forgotten Orders
Visited Si Nona’s at Aundh with my family of six for dinner, expecting great things thanks to the glowing reviews. Spoiler alert: those reviews must be for a parallel universe, because this place was a trainwreck from start to finish. Let’s start with the family tables—conveniently placed right next to the pizza-making counter, where the tables are coated in a lovely seasonal layer of dry dough dust. So appetizing. I had to politely ask them to replace the cutlery and plates (because apparently cleanliness is optional here), and after an eternity, a waiter sauntered over to replace one single plate. Wow, such effort. We placed our order and waited. And waited. And then waited some more. When I finally asked about our pizza, they casually mentioned they forgot to place the order. Bravo! Over 30 minutes of sitting there ignored, with not even a thought to ask if we needed anything in the meantime. Eventually, the pizza arrived—oh, joy! But wait, the story gets better. We ordered a second pizza, and guess what? Déjà vu! They forgot that order too. At this point, I gave up on their definition of “service,” canceled the second pizza, and asked for the bill. And here’s the cherry on top: they had the audacity to slap a 10% service charge onto the bill for their world-class incompetence. Truly inspiring. This wasn’t even a busy night—the place was half-empty. Yet, somehow, the staff managed to act like they were overwhelmed by the crushing demand of a handful of diners. If this is their performance on a slow weekday, I can only imagine the circus during peak hours. Si Nona’s? More like Si Never Again. Save your money and your patience—this place...
Read moreSi Nonna's is my go to place for Pizza but I would like to take out time to review Si nonna's Aundh outlet as the staff is great and very welcoming. They know how to turn your normal visit to the restaurant into an experience to make you come back. While the food was great as always the manager and servers especially took care of us by giving great suggestions. As it was week day the outlet was less crowded the chef gave me an opportunity to make my own pizza and assist me with absolute calmness. the kitchen and counter side was clean and well organised which was another reason for si nonna's being my favourite place. Here what I tried - Appetizers: Garlic sourdough flatbread Roasted pesto chicken calzone Tomato pesto calzone Si Nonna’s signature mocktail (refreshing and perfect)
Main Course: Pizza No. 4 (with extra toppings, of course!) Pizza No. 10 (extra toppings again, because why not?)
Dessert: Si Nonna’s special Tiramisu Skillet cookie with gelato (seriously, my mouth is watering just thinking about it)
I want you all to have the same experience...

From the moment you step in, the cozy ambiance welcomes you, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing meal. The sourdough crust is the real star—crispy, airy, and full of flavor. It's the perfect balance of chewy and crunchy, and you can tell it’s made with high-quality ingredients.
The toppings are fresh and generous, and the sauces are rich and full of depth. I tried the January Special Veg pizza and Mozzarella & Jalapeño croquettes with their Garlic Dip, and both were exceptional. The flavours are bold and well-balanced, and the crust holds up beautifully. They also have some fantastic sides and desserts that are worth saving room for.
The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you feel right at home. Overall, Si Nonna’s offers an unforgettable pizza experience, and I can't wait to come back for more. Highly...
