McDonald's — Restaurant in Pune

Had the new American triple cheese burger here. The taste was okay, but for 200/- the portion was as small as a aloo tikki burger. Considering the price I expected much more.

There are craft burger joints in Pune now. Their 200 INR burgers are so filling and scrumptious. McDonald's can't stand in this competition now. They seem to be surviving on the brand name and the pseudo 'coolness' feeling of eating at MacDonalds.

McDonald's introduced me to the burger many years ago. Now the cuisine is maturing in India. So we have significantly better options.

Keep McDonald's only for the Highways when you want a drive through and some hygiene guarantee in an unknown place no longer worth...

It was very unfortunate that having such a big name, customers are being fooled by giving away the drinks without following the mc Donald standards. When they told me Here is your order. They gave me a open glass of fanta. Means without glass lid and without straw. When I ask for a straw he told me sorry mam plastic is banned so no straw no no lid. I also told him but there is a option of paper straw also na. On that he replied yes but we didn't have. Burger cost is 126 rs. nearby and it's served cold. Same for Fries they charged nearby 84 rs. But it's also too much loose n bend or fold easily...
