Natraj Bhel — Restaurant in Pune

For all chaat items, Natraj Bhel is the kind of place i would love to get the chaat items from. Their Paani Puri is yummy & We just love it. Everything is packed so well. Service is good, Today we decided to have just the dry bhel.. and as usual it was yummy… there was no room for complaint as they always keep it consistent when it comes to taste, delivery and packing. The best thing I like is .. they don’t mix everything. Dry items are kept separate. Wet items like all finely chopped onions, raw mangoes, chopped chillies & coriander leaves & a sliced lemon is kept separate on a butter paper .. this way it does not mix and get soggy by the time it’s delivered home. Today being weekend we had a craving for bhel and so we ordered it via Zomato. I got it home delivered in just 35 minutes straight at my door step.. just a squeeze of lemon over the entire bhel mix.. and there you go.. t was all ready to go in my tummy. Every bite tasted Delicious. Tanginess from the lemon & raw mango, spicy chilly, crunchy chopped onions & garnished with coriander leaves took this street food to the next level. Their dry bhel is super yummy & we just love it....

First come to taste part it’s good compared to others but I didn’t like the service and the staff behaviour, the person sitting at reception is very rude and doesn’t take care of customer.

We ordered one dry bhel and didn’t ask them to parcel, they prepared the bhel the packed that, then after 10 min ms of giving order we checked if the order is ready or not.. the bhel guy said yes it’s ready it’s packed.. then I asked we didn’t asked for parcel we want to eat here only, he said okay and gave us.. when I had first bite , it was wet bhel, then again I checked with them if it’s wet bhel ?? He said yes.. I said I asked for dry bhel… he immediately changed his words and said no you didn’t said dry bhel and by default we make wet bhel only… then we asked to receptionist guy and bhel guy what can be done now… they said now we cannot do anything now this is done and it was your mistake you didn’t said dry bhel.. so this was very customer unfriendly behaviour I experienced there.. they should be helpful and polite

Because as much taste is important, behaviour is equally important so that you go can go next time and enjoy without...

This place is probably the most hygienic chat place in entire vimannagar. I have been going here regularly since the past few years. All the food items are really tasty. They have a unique taste to them and even something as basic as pani puri also tastes very nice! The spdp it to die for, so is the pav bhaji. You can pick anything from the menu and be assured that you would like it. The service is fast, even when it gets crowded (every evening) the food doesn't take more than 5 mins to prepare. They have a seating area also where one can for and eat chat in peace. The rates are also not too expensive. Overall i would always prefer this place to anything else. Although in the recent times their pani has become very spicy and the guy making pani puri seems very frustrated with his job as if he was forced to do it. Got a first timer o would recommend pav bhaji, spdp and the wet bhel. Very interestingly they also sell pani puri packets in bulk, where you get 50/100 puris in a packet and you can even get pani in large quantities. They accept digital payment...
