I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Mr. Pushkar during my recent stay at Ibis viman nagar on April 2nd to 4th 2024. My colleague, Mr. Vijendran, and I had a long journey from Kuala Lumpur to Chennai and Pune, encountering heavy traffic along the way.

Upon our arrival at Ibis , we were informed that check-it would not be until 2 pm. However, Mr.Pushkar went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and well-being. Recognizing our fatigue, he generously expedited our check-in process as soon as our room became available. This level of hospitality is unparalleled in my travel experiences.

Throughout our stay, Mr.Pushkar continued to impress us with his kindness and professionalism. He assisted us with booking Uber rides and recommended excellent places to visit in Pune. His suggestion of trying Biryani turned out to be the highlight of our trip, as it was the best biryani we had ever tasted.

Mr.Pushkar exceptional hospitality truly made us feel at home and elevated our experience at Ibis. His genuine care and humility are a testament to his remarkable character. I believe he is an invaluable asset to your team and deserves recognition and promotion for his outstanding contributions to guest satisfaction.

Missing Customs Though, I checked in at midnight, there was no Customs followed like shifting baggage and accompaying the visitor to the room. The person on reception was very careless and gave me a wrong card to open the door, where I found another person while opening. I said sorry to that man and again I went back to the reception table. A new room was allotted again. On opening the room, no one was there for explaining the features and facilities in the room for easy operation and comfort. They say, it's an International hotel, without the customer friendly. The Intercom was not working to complain them, which shows the poor maintenance. When I called the Reception through the landline number given in the Card Holder, it was not responding. The TV was automatically switching on within 10 seconds of turning off. Switch to turn off was not there. So, my room was so bright full night; which also disturbed my deep sleep. Same was the case of AC. Too much cooling, rather the room, floor and bed was too chil. The pillows hight was too high, unable to use. Whom to complain? The intercom was out of order. Hence, I could not have enough sleep, which led to severe headache and poor performance during the entire next day, which is ridiculous. No kit with tooth brush, paste, buds, shower cap, single use footwear and razer etc. were not provided in the room. No tissue paper was available. Location-Very near the Pune airport and walkable distance from Phoenix Market City Mall! Prices are very reasonable for the services provided. Check-in process was quick and smooth. Rooms are well maintained, neat and clean. The bathrooms are clean and fitted with all essential accessories (Hair dryer, shampoos, soaps etc), but are a bit small, so people taller than 6ft may find it a bit crammed.
