The food and drinks were awesome !! Really loved it. Their food and drinks saved their rating. I was ready to leave when after being allotted the seats, no one even served water. The waiter got us a bottle but didn’t bother to get glasses till reminded and did not bother to pour either. No one came up to take orders. I kept insisting to my husband that we leave for another place but he suggested let’s just hold on and see.

We flagged down a certain mister in white shirt , fair guy, sorry, I don’t know his name or designation. He certainly was keen to attend to the business and things moved fast from then on. Loved the food and drinks!!

During billing however the previous waiter turned up and luckily reminded us of our Zomato booking and payment offer, which I had totally forgotten, I appreciate the reminder.

All in all , honest people, great food and drinks but they need to amp their service .

I must add, I also love the fact that their male and female washrooms are at a distance with a lady cleaner continuously monitoring entry and exit. I have had a really bad experience in the past at 2BHK , Pune where the security guy outside the washrooms let in a another man into the ladies washroom. There is no chance of such non sense here .

Suggestion to the management: Multiple waiters loitering around not ready to take orders or ensure water at the tables Your drinks are amazing but we will appreciate it a lot more when you get it to us on a tray and not carry it in your hands. No one to serve you the food once it gets...
