Kalyan Bhel is very famous food chain in Pune for thier Chaat items. This is relative newer branch of thiers started at Anandnagar, Sinhgad Road, still few years old.
I had ordered a Bombay Bhel, and was a Yum... It is basically our regular bhel (wet / ओली भेळ) topped with ragda, crushed puri's, onion, tomato, salty peanuts, some spice masalas. Just perfect... 😘😘 And just Rs.80, worth-it👍👍
They serve all menu of chaat, plus, variety of dosas, uttappams, regular and grilled sandwitches, dahi wada, etc...
They also have ready to eat packed products which you can take home and make yourself the chat item and enjoy..
It's always pretty much crowed and people love it.

Read moreI’ve been visiting this place a couple of times, mostly for takeaway. I usually order their onion uttappa, which is always fresh and tasty. This time, we also tried the panipuri and SPDP — both were good and nicely served. The food quality and quantity here are generally satisfying.
The place gets quite crowded in the evenings and is usually packed on weekends, which shows how popular it is. Earlier, I felt the hygiene could have been better, but during my recent evening visit, I noticed some improvement — though there’s still scope for more.

Read moreVery ungrateful management. Made my bhel willingly spicy as i asked them to make it some sweet and a bit spicy. That useless man used to put a 3 tablespoon spicy gravy in my bhel. He got angry because people are requiring something manier times. Also, it made me feel very uncomfortable and I ate an ice cream so I felt better. The chefs are not at all making hygenic food. Will never vusit this place due to rude behaviour with the customers as well as the unhygenic and uneatleble...
