Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Money- Ordered from Zomato

I genuinely don’t know where to start—there were just too many problems with this order:

The extra bhakhri I paid for was missing.

The portion sizes were shockingly small considering the price.

Special instructions were completely ignored. I had clearly asked for very, very, very less spicy, and yet the Mataki dish was overly oily and extremely spicy. I don’t know how they define “less spicy,” but this was the opposite.

Both the besan and dal were completely tasteless.

I paid ₹84 for moth (matki) wadi and received just 4 full and 2 half wadis – you can see it in the picture I’ve attached.

The packaging was terrible – hot food packed in a thin plastic bag! One of the worst packing experiences I’ve seen.

The thalipeeth was just average, nothing special.

Overall, the food was bland, poorly packed, and definitely not worth the price. This was honestly one of my worst Zomato...

Nowadays, I think these people get chilies for free... All their food has become so spicy that they have literally opened another restaurant called Red Chillies. I had to throw out the poha today... I couldn't even have one bite, it was so unbelievably spicy... my nose started to burn... yes, after one bite...

What's worse is their food tastes stale sometimes. Such a pity! I used to love these guys... but the food has become way too spicy and salty nowadays... and occasionally stale too.

Added to issues they've always had - like the teeny-tiny, almost invisible pieces of paneer, the ridiculously small portion of their batata bhaji (they say 150gms but it is sometimes 3 or 4 really tiny pieces) for the price they charge compared to their other fare.

But the real issue is the occasional stale food... I really don't know how to...

Ordered Pulav. Taste was OK. But too much of oil was used. Tasted like stale vegetables. Capsicum used was completely deteriorated and tasted really bad. I asked for gravy or something as pulav was completely dry, they said 90r for gravy or price will be equal to extra paav bhaji. They have nothing to do with customers, not interested in giving good service, all they want is just money and all they think about is how to charge you more. My first and last visit to Puneri Katta, hope they work more...
