Oven Story — Restaurant in Pune

Ordered pizza from Oven Story Undri. Had a very bad experience when I connected with their executive through chat. I kept asking him the ETA however he kept on sending me scripted messages. There was no concern for my order. Then the delivery agent connected with me from the restaurant and asked me for the location. I told him that I have already updated that while placing the order and it is visible on the app. However, he mentioned that I have selected the incorrect location. I told him that I am also tracking the delivery on the map and location is accurately reflecting on it. Then he started blaming Google for this. He said "Sir, aapne barabar select Kiya hai lekin Google galat bata raha hai". I am totally unsatisfied with the pathetic service. While I am typing this, I just received the order and pizzas are not that hot. Most pathetic service I ever...

Extremely disappointed. I live just 10 minutes away from the restaurant, yet my order was 20 minutes late and arrived cold. The pizza was undercooked and soggy — definitely not worth the money. Save your time and...

Very bad quality... veggies are not fresh... something bitter in taste...and pizza was cold tooo..... I personally recommend not to buy... Also delivery dome by eatsure also...
