Earlier I had given five rating...however I am changing it to 1 for a simple reason:
On Google map, they have not given a functional phone number which could be contacted in their working time.
They say they need this document that document from us. But they do not email copy of the bill to us which we can see any time...they also do not have my account where I can check all the gold I purchased in last fouty years....absolutely irritating from customer point of view.
For small reason, they expect us to come to their shop. For eg. I am not finding my receipt of 25 gm gold chain which I recently purchased...but there is no way to tell them email me the same...
I want to buy just one bhande of chandi which I can just gpay and arrange by dunzo...but such service is not possible as there is no phone contact available..
I am slowly and gradually moving to other brand as they are not ready to understand their customers for...

They suggested me a plan for Gold investment for 10 months and we have invested and payment was thru NEFT. After doing 3 installments, they have closed the account and shifted my money to different scheme without asking me. Also they refused to update my profile with a reason of 'their system is unable to update the contact number' this is such a pathetic software from PNG as he is earning so much money but do not provide quality service to customer. Also their Customer Service department is very shameless. Please do not go to them and give them business rather you can go another jewelers who can give your good service and respect customer.
