REDFLAG FOR VEGETARIANS: Both veg and non-veg orders are made on the same counter, if you order online from here don't, you might get some tuna in your veg sub. They simply closed the other counter, and right besides my Tuna wrap, the other dude was making a veg sub. Also my dude kept the tuna lid on the containers of veggies/sauces. And both were taking veggies from same container. (Imagine being a vegetarian and having your veggies being touched by hands of chicken, turkey and fish) I feel sorry for all the vegetarians who ordered from here. Real unprofessional and unethical.
My order: I got a Tuna wrap, which was colder than if I'd pull one out of the refrigerator. The guy simply put the wrap cover in oven for 2 secs, to show he heated it lol. Taste was decent. But pehelke subway ka maza nahi hai ab, especially in comparison to how expensive everything has is now. And some sauces were "out of stock".
Ambience: This place is a joke. No one eats here, the place is sad as hell, I assume people just swiggy from here as besides me there were 3 delivery men.
Why subway as a whole sucks now: Subway now does not serve cheese with subs/wraps anymore. You have to pay extra for cheese. How cheap of you subway.
And now subway has special sauces? There's sauces that are only reserved for some subs, that's ridiculous, subway used to be where you could make...
Read moreI don't like this Subway much as their vegetables do not seem that fresh, specifically the lettuce. Most of their containers are empty (you've to ask them to get it filled) and they don't follow the whole process, most of the time omit the Salt and pepper step.
When serving salad they purposely put less olives and jalapenos (probably to cut costs).I've to tell them repeatedly to add some more and even after hearing that they do not add sufficiently, saying it over and over again makes the customer look bad. I never had this experience in US/UK Subways where they were very generous while adding the veggies.
They always seem to have something missing, sometimes the olives, sometimes their bread (only multi grain available) and for a whole month their toaster wasn't working. It seems to be cost cutting rather than actual issues. Please manage your inventory better.
I'll give this store stars if they work through these issues, I'm a regular...
Read moreThis place is just the same as any other Subway store, but it's the store manager who makes a difference. Aarti is a soft spoken, efficient person who is ever attentive and watchful of the customer's word. I've been visiting this joint for a little above 2 years amd every time I am impressed by the effortless ease she brings into her job and manages to create a wow experienc for the customers. Yes there are days when i have observed people on the verge of being stern with the servers because they ask irrelevant questions while making the sub because they weren't listening when the customer was rattling off the names of veggies and sauces they want, but this lady always steps in to make sure the customer has a delightful experience and I'm not just talking about the sub. I wish other establishments took lessons from them because it's always not just abt the way a sub tastes, but also abt the experience which stays with us long after the sub...
