Lazeez By Hyderabadi Delicacies — Restaurant in Pune

Writing a Negative Review about a Business, I know can adversely affect it. But I'm sorry that I've to use Bad Words about Lazeez by Hyderabadi Delicacies, Viman Nagar, and as always I'm very honest about my experience. It was a rainy evening in Pune, and somehow Traffic was very Bad that day, it wasn't moving at all and to avoid getting caught in it, we decided to take dinner at the said restaurant. On entering, we found it was empty, dingy. We ordered Veg Biryani & Paneer 65 on their Suggestion, (We Requested them to give us Anything that is Fresh in Veg Menu). Meanwhile, I went to washroom to find poo floating in their Western Comode. Irritated, I came out washed my hands & kept my mouth shut before my better half, else she would have left out the place. The food was served with flies flying here & there. We were hungry, so had the food, which was hot, the portion size was okay but the food showed it's real colours when we reached home. We felt very very uneasy, bloating, stomach ache around 1'O clock, indigestion, acidity & what not. I'm sure, Fresh food doesn't cause such symptoms, I leave it upto readers to decide what caused it. I don't want to hurt business owner's sentiment(I'm sorry) but I sincerely request them to be honest with their customers and care for their health too. Making Money is Not...

I have ordered online from swiggy, veg biryani from Lazeez, here is my complete review :-

Food ordered : veg biryani

Delivery : 3.5/5 It was a perfect timely delivery by swiggy and thanks a lot for that..!! However, I couldn’t completely blame swiggy for not handelling the food properly, i should question the restuarent for not packing it properly..! As the liquid came out of the cover in which they put raita in..!

Packaging : 1/5 Biryani has been given in a silver packet and raita in a small cover and mirchi ka Salan in a small cover which oil has been spilled over the cover.! It looks disgusting ..! When I am paying 214/- for veg biryani, I could atleast expect that in a box..! Kindly suggest you to use some nice ways for delivering the food..!

Quantity : 4/5 It will be definitely sufficient for two.! If you order for 1, am pretty sure, you will be wasting the food..! So please do check before ordering, while ordering you will be selecting single portion but it is not single portion at all.

Quality : 2/5 I didn’t find a single vegetable apart from potato and carrot in my vegetable biryani. v can call this as potato Biryani than vegetable biryani. Only good thing is rice is properly boiled and cooked..! Masala they have been using, somehow i doesn’t like it at all..!

Overall experience...

My wife and me decided to go out for dinner for a change so went to try Lazeez as we wanted to for a while. It was 11.30 pm when we reached there and were told to sit inside as the restaurant was closing in sometime. We ordered chicken malai kebab for starters and paneer mughlai with butter laccha paratha. The malai kebab was good but the salad served with it was very spicy and seemed not fresh at all so we didn't even touch it. When we are almost about to get done with the starter, the waiter comes to confirm the main course order again and we had to tell him again what we had ordered. We told them to make the Paneer Mughlai as less spicy as possible however like we expected it was pretty spicy even after telling them. I could only eat the paneer and had to leave the gravy as it was so spicy.The paneer was hard and seemed not fresh at all. The laccha paratha was so hard on the edges that we had to leave the edges. Therefore we order butter roti to end the horrible experience and they got it after literally 10 minutes for which we asked the waiter why so much time and he just walked off without saying anything. Lastly for all that experience we had to pay 760 rupees which is quite expensive to the low quality service we got. Overall I will never recommend this...
