Subway WTC Kharadi — Restaurant in Pune

These guys cheat you over the phone and will tell you anything on phone to get the order. Paneer Tikka wasn't showing up on their menu so I called to ask about it. They said you order and we will send it to you, it will be charged extra. I Said it's fine and placed order for Veggie deluxe and again called them to tell that I have placed the order and they can collect the extra amount at delivery. They instead sent me veggie deluxe and when I called them they said we don't know who you talked to, you can talk to the person who you are this order to, we are not...

Good but need more staff

Jan 23 lunch: This is located in Cluster B. We reached post 2 pm and hence did not get a queue. While the sub was good, the server couldn't control the sauces and hence the sub was quite saucy. The wrap is quite small and can be had as a starter.

The next day, we were there at 1 pm and saw a long queue. The reason was that there were only 2 of them. One at the billing counter and the other making non veg subs. So, didn't bother standing in queue.

Considering this is an office complex, they need to increase the staff...

This is the worst outlet of subway in whole pune and maybe all over india, the staff is rigid, most of the time they dont have one or the other thing, whenever i order from swiggy they dont see what veges i have not selected, instead put all veggies.
