I recently had the pleasure of trying a burger from Wendy's, and I can confidently say it deserves a full 5-star rating! From the first bite to the last, this burger was an absolute delight, and here’s why:

I was surprised when Wendy's name came up in the zomato search which delivered to my location. I was really not aware that Wendy's had opened nearby! This was one of my fav joints when I was in Usa. Especially their chicken nuggets were something i loved. so when the brand flashed on my search list I wanted to rekindle the nostalgia and immediately ordered a burger and nuggets. The service was prompt, it got delivered in 30 mins as promises. I got discounts on the bill and the final bill came to Rs 183 for these two things. I had ordered from their Katraj joint.

The nuggets were still warm but the burgers had become slightly cold, and I can totally blame that on the rainy cold weather we are having.

I warmed it up for a few seconds and it was good to go. The sauces in the burger was interesting and the bun was fresh. However the chicken patty was a little disappointing in terms of size and taste. It was good if I didnt compare it with the Wendys I had in usa, but the comparison was inevitable and definitely it didnt match upto my expectation. I felt the seasoning was also minimal in the burger patty, another put off.

Coming to the nuggets, they tasted better than the chicken patty but again no comparison to the original ones. The flavours and juiciness in the original version was better than what they are serving here. Final verdict - good for a change of taste from your regular mac D and kfc, but not something which is exceptional in the burger...

This review is for food I ordered thru zomato from this particular Wendy’s. Actually had very bad experience with food what better an outlet which offers food can do better than offering food?? That was the only job and they my Sunday bad and addition to that audacity to ask for 5 star is tremendous.

After ordering two burger, I will attach the order number in this comment. I specifically told my delivery guy to carry extra ketchup with the order which she directed to the associate on the window for the Wendy’s. First of all the way he talk to the delivery guy was not expected from a multinational outlet like Wendy’s, which I love because of the food, but this time I guess I won’t be continuing with the service, the guy on the window, told my delivery guy that he won’t be providing any tomato ketchup , and he has provided it with the order, but it wasn’t in my order when it got delivered fries was soggy, so soggy that seems like they were drenched into the water.
