Pastry Corner — Restaurant in Pune

I recently visited *Pastry Corner * and tried a few of their vegetarian items along with a drink. Here's a breakdown of my experience:

🍴 Food Ordered:

Veg Cheese Roll Cheese Bite Paneer Tikka Roll Lemon Sarbat

🔹 Veg Cheese Roll – The roll was average. It had a decent amount of cheese but lacked seasoning and could’ve been more flavorful. The bread was slightly dry.

🔹 Paneer Tikka Roll – This was definitely the highlight of the visit. The paneer was soft, well-marinated, and had a rich smoky tikka flavor. The wrap was fresh and the filling generous. Highly recommended!

🔹 Cheese Bite – A good snack option. It was crispy on the outside with a cheesy, gooey center. Tastes best when hot.

🥤 Lemon Sarbat – Refreshing and not overly sweet. A good palate cleanser, especially after the rich rolls.

💰 Pricing – The biggest drawback of the visit was the pricing. For a small casual outlet, the items felt overpriced. While the Paneer Tikka Roll was worth the splurge, the rest didn’t quite justify the cost.

🛋️ Ambience & Service – The place is clean and the staff were polite. Service was prompt, and everything was served warm and fresh.

📍 Overall Verdict: Nice place for a quick bite if you're in the mood for something cheesy or spicy, but be prepared for premium pricing. Great for trying once, especially the Paneer Tikka Roll, but not sure if it offers value for money for...

Located on Law college Road near Nalstop. I've been visiting this place for 20+ years since my school days..

All variety of cakes like chocolate, pineapple black forest is available.. Cakes are delicious and soft.. Lot of variety in pastries and Birthday cakes can be made to order..

Lot variety in sandwhiches or what they call as rolls is must try.. their paneer submarine is the signature roll and it's very famous among children.. it's a tasty combination of paneer, carrots, Mayo stuffed in the bread roll.

Paneer roll, corn roll , Singapore roll are some other famous dishes to order.. Their rum ball is popular too..

The place is pocket friendly and it's a self service place.. There's no space to seat but you can stand around and eat.

The quality of the food is not exclusive but worth the price when you wish to have some quick bites.

Limited 2 and 4 wheelers parking available but is very difficult to take out vehicle during the evening...

Pastry Corner serves a number of items like Puffs, Sandwiches and Subs apart from Cakes and Pastries. It is especially popular for the Panner Submarine and Manchurian Subs. I had both of these popular items during my recent visit here. The Panner Submarine was quite tasty and the Manchurian Sub was decent. Pastry Corner has reasonable prices, not too costly but not too cheap either. Hence, the food seems to be worth the money. Some of the other items I had were Dip Ball and Mousse, both of which were alright. Pastry Corner has fast service and is good for a quick bite.
