It's the incident that happened in the most prestigious and renowned organisation, BBQ Barbeque Nations, Jalandhar. Before, highlighting the points of improvement, let me share the points that they must continue. The service team is wonderful. You feel cared and hospitable with them. The Birthday song is wonderful, it brings a different energy and enthusiasm within all the guests on their respective plates. Now the dark side of such colourfull and great place.

The food was not as per the standards. The crockery was smelling like hell! The plate warmer was not working well!

Asking for the MOD, they made you meet the captain. Captain carrying the plate and saying this is the smell of the detergent!! When asked, where is the MOD , He stated, "Woh weekly off pr hai" Like seriously...... Is this what we are paying for....... Finally after the wait of 15-20 minutes, the MOD appears God knows! From where and how?? Might be he stays within the building and he came!! He heard us! Thanks to a good thing that happened!!

With full hit and trail methods, he tried to retain the customer! He assured this shall never happen again.

But sorry guys! You ruined our day. We choose BBQ to celebrate a birthday of a very close family member. But we left from there empty handed!

He went above and beyond by personally instructing the chef to adjust the spice levels and ingredients in our snacks to perfectly match our tastes. His friendly demeanor and genuine desire to please made us feel like valued guests.
