Bareilly Ki Barfi — Restaurant in Punjab

Today I visited the place with my wife but had a horrible experience. We ordered chana kulcha and masala dosa. They kept us waiting for about half an hour. We saw a family with children leaving the restaurant due to poor service. The food quality was less than average. We ordered kachori chat for packing. When on reaching home our daughter tasted it she was disgusted with the taste of kachori which seemed to be stale. We rang them . The person, who identified himself as Mohit Garg admitted to Kachori being stale for which he said he has took to task the "boy". Later after much arguments he asked us to take refund from shop. Later when we told him rhat the matter will be escalated, he refunded the money online. I have ordered noodles and a Manchurian combo which includes noodles,Manchurian and colddrink. However while the ordering staff told us colddrink is not included you have to pay extra even if it's mentioned in the menu. We said ok no problem please provide noodles and Manchurian and order drinks separately. The taste was not up to the mark and the noodles were uncooked. When we asked for a bill they didn't charge us for the combo they charged us for noodles separately and Manchurian separately. And when we asked the manager was so rude and said it was a staff mistake. Either they have to pay or we have to pay. I visited this place twice last month and both time the experience was not that good. First time they were lack of staff and they requested Zomato delivery boy to service our table which led to complete mismanagement. Got order in series as : Manchurian with gravy , 5 min later chapatis , 10 minutes later main course and when we finished meal we got our starter. They apologized for this incident but next time I visited again keeping in my mind same scenario so I planned for pick order but again got disappointed as sweets were not fresh and also service.
